If you are an existing Seattle patient, please note that a new Charm profile will need to be created to schedule at this Bellevue location.

*Please note: We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  A $75 fee will be incurred for any late cancellation and last minute reschedule.
