SCHEDULE FOR SOME ZEN

Whether you have insurance or not, we will make sure to work with you and find a solution. The most important part is that you are getting the care you need to have your healthcare needs met.

Upon scheduling your first visit, the receptionist will have sent you a confirmation email with links to New Patient Intake forms. Please fill these out online ahead of time. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early for your appointment if you have not filled out any paperwork. The first appointment is typically 60 minutes long to make sure we have thorough understanding of your situation.

Please wear a mask, comfortable clothing and have a little food in your belly. Receiving acupuncture on an empty stomach can leave you feeling tired and occasionally dizzy.

For WA patients, although we may be in network with your insurance, your plan can vary on coverage.  As a courtesy, we call to check your benefits, but the information we are given is not a guarantee and it is the patient's responsibility to fully understand their own benefits.

If you'd like to find out what your benefits are,

please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card

to verify your benefits and check whether your plan gives you coverage for our office.

For Hawaii patients, we are in network with all car insurances for accidents.  We are not in network with any Hawaii medical insurances at this time.

Late Policy: We will strive to give you our fullest attention during your allotted time. Your respect of other client’s time is appreciated and sessions will end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals are responsible for the full fee of the session.

NOTE: *Please note: We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  A $75 fee will be incurred for any late cancellation and last minute reschedule.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call your respective location.
