Welcome to Zen Attitude

Zen Attitude Acupuncture is a premier acupuncture practice with locations in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington and Honolulu, Hawaii. The team of skilled providers offers acupuncture and naturopathy services in a peaceful environment designed to let patients relax and heal.

Zen Attitude Acupuncture aims to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. Life coaching and craniosacral therapy are available to encourage fulfillment and ease anxiety, depression, or sleep disorders. The team also helps with digestive issues and acid reflux, which may benefit from on-site nutritional counseling services.

To serve Washington’s thriving communities of active people, the team at Zen Attitude Acupuncture offers care for sports injuries to get athletes and hard workers back on their feet and homeopathic and vitamin injections to keep them moving forward. If the injury is due to a car accident, the team can alleviate migraines and other forms of chronic discomfort, such as neck, back, hip, or joint pain.

When it comes to women’s health, acupuncture has an excellent track record of alleviating symptoms and improving outcomes for menstrual disorders, infertility, pregnancy, and menopause.
