She began her healthcare career as a licensed massage therapist at 18, gaining early experience in holistic and alternative healing. She pursued a strong foundation in nutrition during her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, then earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. She completed her residency at SageMED in Bellevue, Washington, where she specialized in hormone optimization and regenerative medicine.
